Hyderabad, June 22 -- The family of a Telangana worker employed in Dubai has sought official intervention to bring him back to India after he reportedly suffered a stroke and developed severe mental distress.

On Monday, June 22, the family approached Nirmal District Collector Bhavesh Mishra through the Prajavani grievance redressal programme. They also met Swadesh Parikipandla, a state member of the NRI Advisory Committee, seeking assistance in facilitating the worker's return from the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The worker, identified as Gadchanda Sayanna, is a resident of Talveda village in Nirmal district. He travelled to Dubai around 18 months ago and has been working as a labourer with Engineering Construction and Reconstruction LL...
