Hyderabad, July 23 -- The Telangana High Court has directed all parties to maintain the status quo over disputed land parcels in Bahadurguda village near Shamshabad until further orders. The land is part of the area proposed for acquisition by the Telangana government for the bullet train project.

Stating that the case involves serious disputes over the ownership and possession of the land, Justice B. Vijaysen Reddy passed the interim order.

The matter has been posted for the next hearing on August 11.
