Hyderabad, April 26 -- The Telangana High Court has refused to entertain a petition filed by Dr P Namratha, to quash the remand orders in a case filed against her by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the Srushti Fertility Center Scam involving selling newborn surrogate babies, delivered to the genetic parents as their own progeny born through In Vitro Fertilization (IVF).

The case was registered against her in the Special Court for the Enforcement Directorate in Nampally by the ED.
