Hyderabad, Sept. 16 -- The Telangana High Court has directed Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) to allow a Lambadi NEET aspirant to participate in the second phase of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) counselling as a local candidate, subject to the outcome of the writ petition.

A bench of Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh and Justice GM Mohiuddin passed the interim order on Sunday, September 13, while hearing a petition filed by Chawan Aarthi, who challenged her exclusion from the Telangana Scheduled Tribe quota.
