Hyderabad, Sept. 29 -- A medical aspirant who lost her seat in a Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) course over a low National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) score will get back the Rs 3.32 lakh she paid as tuition fee, with the Telangana High Court ruling that a college cannot keep money for a seat the student was ultimately not allowed to continue in.

Justice Juvvadi Sridevi on Tuesday, September 22, directed Guru Nanak Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital at Ibrahimpatnam to return the entire amount within six weeks, according to The Times of India.
