Hyderabad, Aug. 21 -- The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) has achieved remarkable results through its e-auction of Plot No. P1 in Raidurg, generating Rs 1,386 crore from 5.25 acres of prime multi-use land.

Plot No. P1 was auctioned against a reserve price of Rs 175 crore per acre and achieved a final realisation of Rs 264 crore per acre, marking a 50.9 per cent premium over the reserve price, according to a release on Friday, August 21.

This outcome reflects the intensifying competition among premier developers and the market's increasingly bullish outlook on Hyderabad's strategic corridors, the release said.

TGIIC's earlier auction fetched Rs 237 crore per acre in May 2026.
