Bhopal, Aug. 3 -- Former Intelligence Bureau special director Yashovardhan Azad's book Policing the Republic, an insider's account of India's policing and intelligence apparatus, national security challenges and democratic institutions, will be launched in New Delhi on September 4.

Drawing on decades of experience in law enforcement, Azad offers a firsthand perspective on some of the key issues shaping the country's security and governance landscape.
