Dubai, April 1 -- The Dubai-based Danube Group has ruled out any layoffs, with chairman Rizwan Sajan confirming that all employees will be retained and salaries will be paid on time despite ongoing economic uncertainty.
Announcing the decision in a post on Instagram on March 31, Sajan underscored the company's commitment to its workforce, describing its more than 6,000 employees as "family".
"In good times, everyone talks about growth. But in difficult times, your values are tested," he said.
Highlighting the role employees have played in the company's growth, Sajan said their trust and contributions have been central to shaping Danube Group's success.
