Israel set to approve USD 350M plan for 61 West Bank settlements
Hyderabad, June 11 -- Israel's cabinet is expected to approve a plan to fund the establishment of 61 new settlements in the occupied West Bank, a move that could significantly expand settlement activity in the territory.
In a post on X, Axios reporter Barak Ravid said the proposal is based on a draft government decision that would allocate more than USD 350 million over several years to support the development of settlements that have already been authorised but are yet to be fully established.
