Hyderabad, April 1 --  Managed workspace provider iSprout on Wednesday, April 1, launched a 5.6 lakh square foot enterprise-grade office facility at Minaas Towers, a 20-storey commercial complex in Hitech City in Hyderabad, taking its total portfolio in the city to over 17 lakh square feet.

The new facility, targeted primarily at Global Capability Centres (GCC) and large enterprises, offers custom-designed workspaces, flexible floor layouts, branded environments and dedicated enterprise support, the company said in a press release. Half of the 20 floors at Minaas Towers have already been leased to companies, it added.
