Hyderabad, Nov. 1 -- People in several Hyderabad localities should prepare for a temporary drinking water supply disruption as Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) has scheduled a 36-hour maintenance from November 3.

The water board is going to take up emergency repairs on the Gandipet water supply conduit. The repair was planned after detecting major leaks at three locations, Sabja Colony, Tolichowki and Manikonda.

The work is scheduled to begin at 6 am on November 3 and is expected to be completed by 6 pm on November 4.

Localities likely to be affected

The maintenance activity will interrupt water supply in parts of four city divisions.
