Hyderabad, Aug. 15 -- Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) has said that drinking water supply will be disrupted in several parts of the city from 10 am on August 17 to 10 am on August 18 due to works being carried out on the 1600 mm diameter pumping main in the Singur project.

Water supply may be completely or partially disrupted or may be provided at low pressure.

Areas of disruption

Bulk connections will be affected in the surrounding areas of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), MIG-I & II, Rail Vihar, Chandanagar, Indian School of Business (ISB), and KPHB Colony.

Shaikpet, Kokapet, Manikonda, and Narsingi will be partially affected, while Gayatrinagar, Borabanda, and ESI will not get any water suppl...
