Hyderabad advocate murder: Accused challenge seizure of 9 firearms
Hyderabad, Aug. 7 -- The prime accused in advocate Khaja Moizuddin's murder case, Mahboob Alam Khan and Mujahid Alam Khan, on Thursday, August 6, approached the High Court against the seizure of their nine firearms.
According to a report by Deccan Chronicle, Mahboob Alam Khan's counsel filed a writ petition naming the principal secretary (home), the Director General of Police CV Anand, Hyderabad Commissioner of Police VC Sajjanar, the Secunderabad DCP, Reserve Inspector of the City Armed Reserve headquarters and the sub-inspector of Jubilee Hills police.
