Hyderabad, Oct. 31 -- In interim relief to a buyer, the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TG RERA) has barred Pacifica Constructions Pvt. Ltd., the developer of Aavas Hyderabad, from cancelling her flat allotment over an additional demand of Rs 5.75 lakh.

The developer can also not sell, transfer, or create third-party rights over the property pending further proceedings, reported News Meter on Saturday, October 31.

The TG RERA passed the interim order a day ago on Bondili Saritha's complaint against Pacifica Constructions and other respondents.
