Hyderabad, April 3 -- The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT) of the City Civil Court in Hyderabad has awarded compensation of Rs 1.06 crore to the family of Sub-Inspector Nenavat Srinivas, who died in a road accident involving a TGSRTC bus.

According to case details, the incident occurred on January 1, 2022. Srinivas, a resident of Ranga Reddy district, was travelling in an auto-rickshaw with his father from Devarakonda to Hyderabad when a bus belonging to the Devarakonda depot collided with their vehicle. Srinivas died in the accident.
