Hyderabad, Nov. 6 -- The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has announced an e-auction of residential and commercial land plots in Hyderabad and nearby districts. The auction will cover individual plots, small land parcels and two large properties.

According to an HMDA notification dated October 24, 2026, the auction will include properties in Kokapet, Raidurg, Suraram, Kapra, Bachupally, Ameenpur, Kistareddypet, Neopolis, Moosapet, Inmulnarva and HUDA Heights.

The auction schedule begins on November 12 and continues until November 27, 2026. Interested bidders must complete registration and payment of the required earnest money deposit (EMD) before the respective deadlines.
