Hyderabad, Nov. 6 -- Hyderabad Commissioner of Police VC Sajjanar on Thursday, November 5, urged doctors from government hospitals to expedite the investigation in the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) cases.

Sajjanar said timely medical examinations and comprehensive medical reports were crucial for investigations and securing convictions in courts.

He expressed concern that delays in receiving medical reports could affect the filing of chargesheets within the prescribed legal deadlines.
