Riyadh, Oct. 24 -- Saudi Arabia's Civil Defence issued emergency alerts for several locations across the Kingdom on Saturday, October 24, urging residents to take precautions and follow official safety instructions.

In a statement posted on X, Civil Defence said the National Early Warning Platform had issued alerts for Jeddah, Taif, Yanbu and Makkah Province.

Civil Defence subsequently announced that the danger had passed in Jeddah, Taif, Yanbu and Makkah Province, advising residents to continue following official guidance.
