Bengaluru, Oct. 24 -- A fresh controversy has emerged in the dispute between actor Dhanveer Gowda and Vijayalakshmi, wife of actor Darshan, after Dhanveer's father, Thimmegowda, accused her and three associates of entering his residence and threatening the family.

Thimmegowda lodged the complaint at Rajajinagar police station, alleging that the group created a disturbance at his house and issued threats. Police have registered a Non-Cognizable Report (NCR) based on the complaint.

The alleged incident occurred on October 21 at around 8:30 pm. Dhanveer was reportedly in Mysuru at the time, while Thimmegowda was at home with his wife Bharathi, mother Jayamma and daughter Nalinakshi.
