Hyderabad, Oct. 26 -- The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in Hyderabad has booked seven people in connection with the custodial death of 25-year-old Gade Sai Krishna at Krishnalanka police station in Vijayawada, following an Andhra Pradesh High Court order transferring the investigation.

On October 22, inspector Suda Suresh Veera Venkata Nagaraju; head constables Potarlanka Ashok Kumar, Janjam Nani and Goriparthi Sambaiah; constable Kaitepalli Babu Rao; home guard Koneti Venkata Raju; and an individual, Gulivindala Suresh, were booked in connection with the custodial death.
