Hyderabad, Aug. 14 -- Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant on Friday, August 14, said the Bar Council of India (BCI) had no business interfering in the NALSAR University of Law row, making it clear that the matter of students protesting his attendance at their convocation was between him and the students.

"They had no business to interfere. The students have written a letter to me, and it is between me and the students. There is a dialogue between us," the CJI said, hearing a petition against the BCI's action.
