Hyderabad, Nov. 4 -- Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has directed officials to collect feedback from students on the school uniforms supplied to government schools.

This comes after Bharat Rashtra Samithi senior leader Harish Rao flagged that poor quality uniforms were being provided.

The Deputy Floor Leader in the Assembly attacked the chief minister, saying the latter boasted of providing international education standards in the state but was unaware of the deplorable state of hostel and residential government schools and institutions. "The uniforms have not reached some schools so far, and where they were given, their sizes were not proper. They are getting discoloured even after a couple of washes," read his statement.
