ACB books Malkajgiri deputy collector in Rs 6.22 crore DA case
Hyderabad, May 23 -- The Telangana Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Friday, May 22, booked Malkajgiri Deputy Collector in a disproportionate assets case after Rs 6.22 crore were recovered from him.
The accused was identified as Marri Vamshi Mohan, a Special Grade Deputy Collector. According to the ACB, while documents suggested the total value of assets is Rs 6.22 crore, the actual value is much higher.
Mohan was booked following the allegations that he acquired significant wealth through corrupt practices and dubious means during his service.
