'Three claps' from CJP: BJP's outreach team has no Gen Z member
New Delhi, Aug. 23 -- The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) on Sunday, August 23, took to social media to take a dig at the BJP's new Gen Z outreach programme and its leaders. "Three claps to the BJP for a marvellous set of 'Gen Z faces'," said CJP co-convenor Saurav Das on X, even as his party announced it will reconvene on Monday to plan its course of action.
BJP's Gen Z outreach team, news reports said, comprises party chief Nitin Nabin, general secretaries Vinod Tawde and Smriti Irani, Gujarat Deputy CM Harsh Sanghvi, and Chhattisgarh Minister OP Chowdhary. This group will only focus on youth and their concerns.
