India, Oct. 21 -- US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Washington would hold discussions with Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) on refining more Venezuelan crude oil at the company's Jamnagar refinery in Gujarat. The proposal was raised during Rubio's visit to India, as the two countries explore opportunities to strengthen energy cooperation and address changing global oil supply requirements. Reuters and other media reports have also highlighted Reliance's capacity to process Venezuelan heavy crude.
