PM Modi Holds 15 Bilateral Meetings as BRICS Summit Wraps
India, Sept. 13 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi held 15 bilateral meetings over three days as India hosted the 18th BRICS Summit at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. Alongside participating in summit sessions and addressing global leaders, Modi maintained an intensive diplomatic schedule with heads of state and government from BRICS member countries, partner nations and Outreach Invitees.
The diplomatic engagements began on Friday with a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, followed by discussions with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres. The meetings provided opportunities to review bilateral relationships and exchange views on important regional and international developments.
