India, Sept. 30 -- NTPC Limited has paid a final dividend of Rs3,393.83 crore for FY 2025-26, representing 35% of the company's paid-up equity share capital. The dividend was paid on September 23, 2026, adding to the two interim dividend payments made during the financial year.

NTPC had paid its first and second interim dividends of Rs2,666.58 crore each in November 2025 and February 2026, respectively. With the final dividend, the company's total dividend payout for FY 2025-26 has reached Rs8,727 crore, equivalent to Rs9 per equity share with a face value of Rs10. This marks the 33rd consecutive year in which NTPC has paid a dividend.
