India, Sept. 30 -- NLC India Limited (NLCIL), a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Coal, held its 70th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 29, 2026, through video conferencing. Addressing shareholders, CMD Dr. Prasanna Kumar Acharya outlined the company's financial performance, operational achievements and long-term strategy under the theme "From Resources to Resilience."

NLCIL reported a consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs3,769 crore, an increase of 38.91% over the previous year. Profit Before Tax stood at Rs3,875 crore, while revenue from operations reached Rs17,490 crore. EBITDA rose to an all-time high of Rs7,475 crore, supported by stronger operational performance.
