India, Jan. 14 -- NLC India Limited (NLCIL), a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat during the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference on January 12, 2026.
The MoU, signed by NLCIL's Executive Director Devendra Pratap Singh and Gujarat's Joint Secretary Bhakthi Shamal, aims to develop large-scale Renewable Energy (RE) projects, including Solar, Wind, Hybrid, and Battery Energy Storage, with a potential investment of approximately 25,000 crore, creating substantial employment opportunities.
