India, Oct. 15 -- NITI Aayog's Frontier Tech Hub has released a Data Centre Evaluation Framework to help state governments plan and facilitate sustainable data-centre investments. According to an official statement, the framework aims to help states move beyond attracting investment towards developing investment-ready infrastructure, protecting critical resources and generating long-term economic value. It was developed with inputs from industry, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, the Ministry of Power and the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).
