India, Aug. 30 -- Nepal's NDRRMA has issued a fresh flood warning after water levels in the Bhote Koshi River in Rasuwa rose further. Authorities are closely monitoring a lake formed after the Lhende Khola was obstructed upstream, warning that a possible natural dam breach could trigger another major flood downstream.
