India, Feb. 7 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Malaysia, which commenced on February 7, aims to deepen defence and security ties while enhancing economic and innovation partnerships between India and Malaysia.

This two-day visit, his third to Malaysia, is significant as it coincides with the recent elevation of their relationship to a 'Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.'
