India, Oct. 25 -- The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the deadlines for companies to file financial statements and annual returns for the financial year 2025-26, allowing them to complete the specified statutory filings without additional fees. Under the reported extension, companies can submit financial statements through applicable versions of Form AOC-4 by December 31, 2026, while annual returns filed through Forms MGT-7 and MGT-7A can be submitted by January 31, 2027.
