India, Feb. 28 -- Indian diplomatic missions in the Gulf on Saturday issued precautionary advisories urging nationals to remain vigilant amid escalating regional tensions following US military action against Iran.

The Embassy of India in Doha released an "important advisory" asking Indian nationals in Qatar to exercise due caution and closely follow updates issued by local authorities and the Embassy. Citizens were urged to stay away from military sites and remain indoors unless movement is absolutely necessary. The mission confirmed it continues to function normally.
