India, Aug. 19 -- India hosted the Eighth BRICS Youth Energy Summit 2026 virtually on August 17 under its BRICS Chairship. More than 100 participants discussed energy security, affordable access, clean energy, technology and innovation. The summit placed youth at the centre of BRICS cooperation to build resilient, sustainable and inclusive energy systems.
