India, Aug. 19 -- The government has approved an incentive scheme to accelerate domestic PNG connections from September 1, 2026. City Gas Distribution companies will receive additional APM gas allocations for incremental billed connections, helping lower sourcing costs, shorten investment payback periods and expand access to clean, safe and affordable piped cooking gas.
