India, July 31 -- The Union Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has approved the continuation of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) Scheme from 2026-27 to 2030-31 with a total outlay of Rs3.15 lakh crore. The scheme will continue to provide Rs6,000 annually to eligible farmer families through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT), supporting agricultural investment, rural incomes and financial inclusion.
