India, Aug. 22 -- India will host the BRICS Youth Ministers' Meeting and BRICS Sports Ministers' Meeting in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, under its BRICS Chairship 2026. The two-day ministerial engagements will bring together ministers and heads of delegation from all 11 BRICS member countries to strengthen cooperation in youth affairs and sports.

Union Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya will chair the meetings, with Minister of State Raksha Khadse also participating. The Youth Ministers' Meeting will focus on education, skill development, entrepreneurship, youth welfare, wellbeing and sustainable development, with the BRICS Youth Ministerial Joint Declaration and Youth Cooperation Framework expected to be adopted.
