India, April 20 -- Ashwini Vaishnaw on Sunday highlighted the rapid transformation of railway infrastructure in Odisha, noting that projects worth over 90,000 crore are currently under execution-marking one of the largest expansion phases in the state's rail network.
Speaking during the groundbreaking ceremony of India's first advanced 3D glass semiconductor packaging unit in Bhubaneswar, the minister emphasised that the scale of investment reflects the Centre's strategic focus on enhancing both passenger and freight capacity.
