India, June 13 -- Two persons were killed in a tragic road accident after a BMW car rammed into the rear of a Hyva truck on the Bhawanipatna bypass road in Odisha's Kalahandi district late on Friday night.

Two occupants killed as high-speed crash leaves BMW mangled According to preliminary information, the high-end car collided with the truck from behind, leaving the vehicle completely mangled due to the impact. The two occupants of the BMW sustained critical injuries and died in the accident.

The deceased have been identified as Pintu Bag of Titlagarh in Balangir district and Gautam Nayak of the Dharamgarh area. Their bodies were recovered from the wreckage and sent for post-mortem examination.
