India, April 25 -- In a major anti-corruption action, Odisha Vigilance has secured the conviction of two engineers for misappropriation of government funds in Sambalpur district.
The convicted individuals-Sadananda Pradhan, former Assistant Engineer (retired) of Maneswar Block, and Biranchi Narayan Dash, Assistant Engineer posted at the Brutang Irrigation Project in Daspalla-were found guilty in a vigilance case linked to financial irregularities.
