India, Oct. 19 -- The official X account of the Twin City Commissionerate Police has reportedly been hacked, raising concerns over the cyber security of the police force's social media platforms.

Even 19 hours after the incident, the account had reportedly not been restored, triggering concerns over the delay in regaining control of the official handle.
