India, March 26 -- In a major crackdown on illegal narcotics trafficking, the Excise Department in Odisha's Bhadrak district successfully seized 44 kg ganja and arrested two accused in this connection. The duo was allegedly transporting the contraband from Phulbani to Balasore.
