PM Narendra Modi to visit Odisha on June 20; to attend state government's second anniversary event in Mayurbhanj
India, June 15 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Odisha on a one-day tour on June 20, during which he will visit Pahadpur in Mayurbhanj district and participate in the celebrations marking the second anniversary of the Odisha government at Dandbose.
According to the tentative tour programme, the Prime Minister will depart from Kalaikunda Air Force Station in West Bengal by an MI-17 helicopter at 10:20 a.m. and arrive at Pahadpur Helipad in Mayurbhanj at 11:05 a.m. He will then travel by road to Gosani Peeth at Pahadpur, the ancestral village of President Droupadi Murmu, reaching there at 11:15 a.m.
