India, Sept. 25 -- The Odisha Water Resources Department has received the Best Award in the State Category at the 9th India International Water Week (IIWW) 2026, recognising the state's initiatives in climate-resilient water management.

The five-day event was held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi with the theme "Climate Resilient Water Management." Odisha participated in the event as the Partner State.
