India, June 23 -- The Odisha Vigilance on Tuesday conducted simultaneous raids at seven locations linked to Padmalochan Nayak, Executive Engineer of the Command Area Development Authority (CADA), Sambalpur Division, over allegations of possessing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.

The searches were carried out at properties associated with Nayak in Sambalpur, Kataka, Baleshwar and Malkangiri districts.

During the searches, Vigilance officials have so far unearthed substantial movable and immovable assets in the name of Nayak and his family members.
