India, Sept. 30 -- Odisha Vigilance has arrested Umakant Samantaray, Assistant Director of Factories and Boilers, Sambalpur, in a disproportionate assets (DA) case.Odisha Travel Guide

According to Odisha Vigilance, searches of properties linked to Samantaray led to the detection of several high-value assets, including four multi-storeyed buildings, two of them in Bhubaneswar and one in Puri, along with a 3-BHK flat.
