India, Nov. 1 -- Odisha Prisons Director General (DG) Susanta Kumar Nath has been accused of sexually harassing former Choudwar Circle Jail jailor Santoshini Dash, who has lodged a police complaint alleging sexual harassment at the workplace, criminal intimidation and threat to life and career by Nath and his associates.

According to a letter issued by the Commissionerate Police to the Additional Chief Secretary of the Home Department, a case has been registered at Choudwar police station on the basis of Dash's written complaint dated October 31.

The case has been registered under Sections 75(2), 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
