India, March 12 -- The Odisha government on Thursday carried out a reshuffle in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) level, transferring and appointing several officers to new positions across departments and districts.

According to a notification issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department, Manish Agarwal, who was serving as Additional Special Relief Commissioner with additional charge of Additional Secretary in the Planning and Convergence Department, has been appointed as Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Odisha.
