India, Oct. 17 -- Odisha Governor-designate Braj Mohan Ram arrived in the state on Saturday and will take oath of office at 11 am on Sunday, October 18, at the newly constructed Abhishek Hall of Lok Bhawan in Bhubaneswar.

Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Odisha Assembly Speaker Surama Padhy, Chief Secretary Anu Garg, Additional Chief Secretary of the Home Department Hemanta Sharma, Director General of Police Vinaytosh Mishra and other officials received him at Biju Patnaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar.

Ram departed from Birsa Munda Airport in Ranchi at 11.30 am on a special aircraft and arrived at Biju Patnaik International Airport in Bhubaneswar at 12.30 pm. He was accorded a ceremonial welcome and a Guard of Honour at the air...
